“Children are a blessing and a gift from the LORD.” – Psalm 127:3 (CEV)
We offer a full spectrum of programs to nurture your child’s spiritual development.
On Sunday Mornings, preschoolers and children attend Sunday School where they learn the scripture, develop social skills through cooperative interaction, and participate in other crafts and activities. Sunday School is an essential step for the overall Christian education of your child. Our Sunday School teachers are compassionate, loving and knowledgeable. They develop friendships with the parents of each child.
During 10:30 a.m. Worship, we begin their spiritual journey of worship with a children’s sermon delivered in the sanctuary with the rest of the church. The children then attend children’s church for a lesson to reinforce the day’s focus on scripture.
On Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. the children attend Mission Friends or Children in Action. The children learn about God’s work being done around the world. Lessons are reinforced with crafts and fun activities. In the summer months, the mission programs take a break while the children attend our special summer fun activities. This program includes fun and games at the church, as well as field trip outings.
