Happy Mother’s Day!

In Romans 16:12, Paus says that the mother of Rufus “has been a mother to me, too.” God blessed her with skills in the area of mothering, and she did not limit that gift to her own inner circle. Rather, she mothered whomever God put before her.

She viewed her neighbor as a child of God deserving of her love and care. It made the world of difference to this traveling apostle.
